Preschool - 6th Grade

Animal storytelling-based experiences designed for Preschool – 6th grade learners.

SANCTUARY STORIES

Our Sanctuary Stories Tour is offered as a field trip, classroom visit, virtual presentation, or pre-recorded video depending on the needs of each group. This storytelling-based animal experience brings real issues to life in a way that is age appropriate and tangible.

ADDITIONAL LEARNING

Pasado's Pen Pals

In addition to our Sanctuary Stories presentation, students can connect with the animal residents of Pasado’s Safe Haven from afar through our internationally recognized pen pal program. Participants are invited to choose an animal friend from our pen pal list and write them a letter. This is a fun way to practice writing and spelling skills while making new animal friends!

SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL LEARNING AND CHARACTER EDUCATION

Pasado’s Safe Haven incorporates CASEL’s evidenced based Social and Emotional Learning Framework along with valuable Character Education concepts into our animal centered education programs.

CHARACTER EDUCATION CONCEPTS TAUGHT
