Puppy mills are large-scale dog operations involving quick, repetitive breeding and inhumane conditions. Most people are against puppy mills, but don't realize that if they buy a puppy in a pet store, this animal most likely came from a puppy mill. We want to inform consumers so they know how to avoid supporting puppy mills.
